How many adult leaders is my group required to bring?

Creek Ministries suggests bringing 1 gender appropriate adult for every 6 students.

What will our rooming situation be?

After your church registers we will send a rooming request form. Based on the information you give us on that form, we will determine the number of rooms you will be assigned. The hotel has 4 and 5 person rooms. We will assign your group to rooms depending on the total number of guys and girls. After receiving the room request, please turn it in as early as possible. Room space is limited and there is a chance that students from one group may be rooming with students from another group if there are empty beds available.

What activities are available for students during free time?

On the campus there is the beach, pool and jacuzzi. There are also private vendors on the beach that offer Jet Ski rental and parasailing. (Note: Jet Ski rental and parasailing do require additional payment and an adult’s signature on a release form.) If you choose to go off campus, there’s a movie theater, arcade, bungee jumping, miniature golf, Schlitterbahn, and more. There are also a few Christian based souvenir shops both on the Island and the mainland. For more activities in the South Padre Beach area, check out their website at http://www.spadre.com

What is the payment schedule for camp?

A $50 non-refundable deposit per person is required to register for camp. This $50 deposit does count toward your total balance for camp, and reserves your spot. The remaining balance is due by June 1st.

Is the price for camp the same for adult leaders/youth workers and students?

Yes, the price for camp is the same for adult leaders/youth workers and students. Adult leaders and youth workers do count toward your total number of registrations.

What if my group registers and then decides to add people?

To add people before the camp is sold out, fill out the online registration form and send a $50 per person non-refundable deposit. If you need to add additional people after the camp is sold out, call our office and we will add you to the waiting list. We will call you if and when those spots become available.
