for the entire camp fee.
Payment Options:
Creek Ministries will accept checks
or credit cards. However, credit card transactions will be charged an
additional 3% to cover fees that Creek Ministries is charged per transaction
from the credit card companies. Permission, Release and Consent: Each
individual attending camp must fill out the Permission, Release and Consent
form and return it to Creek Ministries by the June 1, 2009 deadline.
What You Need To Know:
Registration begins at 4:00 p.m.
CENTRAL TIME on the first day of camp and will be held in the lobby of the
hotel. Please be aware that room keys will not be released until 4:00 p.m. If
you arrive before 4:00 pm., feel free to take advantage of the beach until we
can get you into your rooms. Please realize that the hotel must have enough
time to clean rooms that have been rented over the weekend.
At registration you will receive
colored armbands. No one will be allowed to enter the sessions or go through
the meal line without an armband provided by Creek Ministries at registration.
The color of your group’s armbands may determine your seating in each session
as well as the time your group will eat meals. We will be rotating the seating
each session so that everyone has a chance to sit near the front if necessary.
THERE WILL BE A $5 CHARGE FOR EACH LOST ARM BAND THAT HAS TO BE REPLACED.
You will also receive your camp
shirts at registration. Please be sure to fill out the T-shirt portion of the
registration form. In the absence of this information, we will give you a ratio
of sizes that cannot be exchanged. If there are any changes in your T-shirt
request, please call or email by June 1st so we may alter our order.
Keep an eye on your calendar...
Creek ministries must receive your final payment for camp by June 1, 2009. This
is also the deadline for canceling registrations without having to pay the
entire camp fee. If you cancel registrations after this date, you will be
responsible for the entire camp fee. If you cancel registrations before this
deadline, you will only forfeit your $50.00 per person nonrefundable deposit.
After your deposit is received we
will email you a rooming request form. Please fill out the form and return to
us by the June 1, 2009 deadline, with your final payment. We need to know how
many males and females are in your group, if you are planning on staying in the
hotel an additional day, if you want us to reserve a hotel room for your bus
driver, and if you are bringing children of adult leaders with your group. We
will then inform you of the number of rooms you will be assigned and whether
they accommodate 4 or 5 people. Remember, room space is limited. There is a
possibility that students from one group may be rooming with students from
another group. This will only be the case if we are unable to evenly divide
your group into rooms. Don’t panic, we’re not separating groups, but if there
are empty beds available, we may have to use them for another group.
